So far in Q1 we have continued our strategy to make Shibarium the meme capital of the world while building what many call the “Network State” in perfect timing. Alongside incredible partners like D3 with our “*Shib” concept for a global Shib Name Service, advancements in our Metaverse with alignment to new technologies in the space, and AI upgrades with our partners at Bad Idea, we’re just getting started in this amazing year. All very quietly. But not for long.

We will be launching a new experiment to test the 404 Eth Standard on Ethereum. We call this experiment THE SHEboshis, just in time for Valentine’s Day. We won’t speak about the future of this experiment but we are happy for the Shiboshis to finally get a companion and think things will progress nicely with this relationshib as we approach mating season later in the year. Since the 404 Standard is so new, this drop can be a bit confusing if you’ve never heard of how this NFT hybrid works, so pay close attention to our article in THE SHIB and upcoming blogs explaining how it works. Also note, we have taken into account the $LEASH holders (exclusivity, baby!) and Shiboshis as well in the design of the drop, making it a claimable for the latter and exclusive “1st dibs” for the prior. 

So if there’s an article with all the deets, what am I writing about? Just to give some basic details, dispel some FUD, and give some updates.

1. Why on ETH? Simple. We hope this interesting experiment will help us capture liquidity on Eth for our loyal pack and bring it to Shibarium. To do so, shortly after the launch, SHEboshis alongside their companions, the Shiboshis, will be bridged to Shibarium. 
2. Moreover, as part of the release of Shibaswap 1.5 (2.0 upgrade shortly thereafter) on Shibarium, we will find many other tokens and projects will be bridged to Shibarium with perfect timing. We have invited Shibarium tokens to this launch as well so that the entire system will launch in a similar fashion to Shibaswap 1.0. It’s important to note our current progress on a few other things as well. 
3. Shiba Eternity to Shibarium: The game is in the process of being upgraded to address bugs and cheater problems that some encountered on the iOS and Android versions. Due to the nature of the blockchain, and alongside a decentralized team of fans of the game, we are finalizing the design of unique play-to-earn or stake-to-earn opportunities for holders, artists, and players of the game. We believe this is the best opportunity for the long-term growth of the game. Barring any major issues, we expect beta to begin in the upcoming months. 
4. Shibdentity: Shibdentity is the first step in a DAO that works properly because it has reputation, karma and therefore trust built in. Alongside the designs for the Hub, I’ve seen an early demo of Shidbentity currently working. No timeline for release just yet but this is exciting as many projects can move forward with Shibdentity in place. We believe here that again, building these many features for our state will help us shine in the next season (that quickly approaches). 

There’s so much more to discuss before I digress back into my meditative position. But two more things before I go.

What are we doing with the proceeds? We aren’t focusing this drop on making funds, and instead would love ALL the NFTs to be claimed. But in case some are sold, here’s the plan. Now that we have the proper setup and structure in place, we believe the following works best:

From sellout (or equivalent), which will be designated when the 404 NFT tokens are available for trade on Uniswap, the revenue will be:

10% non-profits (I recommend a split for Japan 3%, Manny Pacquiao Foundation 2%, Women in Blockchain 2%, and 3% TBD by Shibdentity Enabled Dao)

15% Foundation (TBD at launch of Shibdentity enabled DAO)

15% Team

The remaining 50% will go towards the expenses and treasury, which will add to our runway to complete the perpetually autonomous and fully decentralized “Network State” as described in the Shib Paper. 

Finally, I wanted to dedicate this drop to my last remaining parent who will be placed in hospice shortly. For those of you who have been here long enough, you already know the background. They’ve been here since the first drop and I couldn’t do it without their constant support and ability to make me the person I am today. Love your loved ones, I say to you all, because none of us will live forever, yet.
