Right, you magnificent Shiba-slinging strategists! We’ve seen you racking up those insane scores in Agent Shiboshi tournaments — millions of points? Seriously? You guys are animals (in the best possible way, of course). But we know what you really crave: the thrill of direct competition. The head-to-head showdown. The ultimate bragging rights.
Well, get ready to put your SHIB where your mouth is, because Duels are coming to Agent Shiboshi, and they’re going to be epic. We’re talking 1v1 battles, winner-takes-all (almost), and a whole lot of SHIB changing hands (and going up in flames!).
Here’s the deal:
1v1 Showdowns: Forget those sprawling tournaments. This is mano a mano, Shiboshi a Shiboshi. You against another player, battling for supremacy (and sweet, sweet SHIB).
Shibarium Exclusive: Duels are happening exclusively on Shibarium, the Shiba Inu’s own layer-2 network. So, if you’re still clinging to Ethereum, it’s time to bridge that SHIB over! (More on that in a sec).
Entry Fee: To enter the arena, you’ll need to pony up 50,000 SHIB. That’s right, we’re talking real stakes here. Think of it as an investment in your own glory.
Get Your SHIB Ready: Don’t have 50,000 SHIB lying around? No problem! You can snag some on ShibaSwap (the official Shiba Inu DEX) or other exchanges. And if your SHIB is stuck on Ethereum, you can easily bridge it to Shibarium using the handy-dandy bridge on ShibaSwap. We’ve made it super easy (because we’re nice like that).
Asynchronous Action: Duels in Agent Shiboshi will be asynchronous. That means you don’t have to be online at the same time as your opponent. You play your round, they play theirs, and whoever scores higher takes the pot. It’s like a digital duel by correspondence, but with way more explosions (probably).
The Prize Pool (and the Burn!): Here’s where things get really interesting. The winner doesn’t get the entire entry fee. Here’s the breakdown:
80% to the Winner: The victor takes home the lion’s share – a cool 80,000 SHIB (assuming a 50,000 SHIB entry fee from both players).
