The Blockchain Futurist Conference in August is poised to be yet another memorable event, with members of the Shib Army expected to participate and promote Shib’s legacy in some form. It will be exciting to see some of the most active and dedicated Shib Army frontrunners promoting Shib’s vision at a major conference that will be attended by so many of the world’s most prominent Web3 communities. All these different communities within the Shib ecosystem will join the event, carrying the Shib brand and promoting it passionately to show how the Shib Army conquers the world one global stage at a time.
Several projects and partners building on Shibarium will be participating in this year’s Web3 event in Toronto, Canada, on August 13-14, title-sponsored by none other than SHIB. Some representatives will be present in person, while other projects will be part of the official Shib booth by collaborating with the booth’s organizers.

Shibacals x Shib Dream: Uniting Shib Communities Through Phygitals
Shibacals, one of the first official partnershibs, stands as a testament to Colin Powell’s assertion that “a dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work,” although some magic may be involved! Through exemplary craftsmanship and natural talent, Shibacals transmutes digital identities into a tangible reality for various communities and projects across the Shibarium blockchain and beyond.
The Shib ecosystem’s IRL products store based in Canada will be displayed at the Shib booth again this year. Not only will there be unique collectibles for collectors to enjoy, but the overarching goal of Shibacals is to bring together various communities and projects within the ecosystem by helping them produce IRL representations of their brands.
“At the main Shiba Inu booth, you can find an incredible assortment of toys and physicals, representing some of Shiba Inu’s most influential projects, including Bad Idea AI, K9 Finance, Mantra Protocol, and more. Two highly anticipated prototypes will also be revealed as part of Shibacals’ second year of participation in the Futurist Conference. With NFC technology, the goal is to present a surprise utility for the Shiba community,” Sentinel, co-founder of Shibacals, told The Shib. They also explained that Shibacals is featuring more projects this year because many Shib projects were not included last year, as is normally the case during the exploration phase of any undertaking.
But two are better than one, and Shibacals is taking this saying to heart. The collectibles store is proud to collaborate with the $LTD Token by Shib Dream and the Blockchain Futurist Conference to create a concept booth.
“This booth, spearheaded by Shib Dream, founder of the Dreamers NFT and the $LTD (Living the Dream) Token, will include at least 10 other Shib communities, including Sharbi, Marswap, LADS, Tutti Frutti Women, Shib CoOp and more,” Sentinel stated.
In a special collaboration with Shib Dream, a notable bulwark of the Shib Army and creator of the $LTD Token, Shibacals aims to put the spotlight on these projects’ unique ways of living the dream.
In a statement, Shib Dream shared, “The goal of this booth is to showcase a diverse range of Shib-related communities that are currently building on the Shibarium L2 platform or planning to do so. We aim to highlight these innovative projects and their dedication to ‘Living the Dream’ within the Shib ecosystem. Keep building – keep dreaming.”
Tutti Frutti Women: Advocating for Cancer Awareness and Women in Blockchain
Tutti Frutti Women’s (TFW) partnership with the Blockchain Futurist Conference is one of many ways the project showcases the incredible role that women in blockchain play in shaping the industry. This year, TFW is a proud community partner joining the event to raise cancer awareness, reduce the stigma surrounding it, and advocate for cancer warriors and survivors.
“We’re thrilled about Tutti Frutti Women’s partnership with the Blockchain Futurist Conference, especially with Shiba Inu sponsoring the event for the second year. It feels like we’re all part of the same family,” Andreia, TFW founder, told us.

K9 Finance: Collaborative Coding for Innovative Building
K9 Finance is hosting the hackathon this year, bringing Shibarium’s presence a notch higher with greater innovation by encouraging more developers to build DeFi products on the chain. There will be VIP tickets and a dedicated booth with K9 DAO merch, according to Buzz, K9 DAO founder, who excitedly shared details in a statement to The Shib.
“K9 Finance DAO will have a major presence at ETHToronto. All of our Whale members will receive a VIP ticket with access to an exclusive event, private Cabana, and networking opportunities. The DAO will have a booth, where community members are welcome to volunteer and receive exclusive K9 DAO swag to help educate attendees about K9 Finance DAO.”
The DAO’s mission in being an integral part of the event, especially in the hackathon, is to motivate builders to join Shibarium by integrating K9 Finance’s product. This is reflected in the K9 DAO founder’s words:
“Our primary focus will be [on] the hackathon, where the DAO will be providing a bounty for builders to build a product on Shibarium that integrates K9 Finance’s liquid staking product. Our primary focus is to attract developers to create more utility for KNINE on Shibarium and promote bridging to Shibarium to use the incredible blockchain.”
